He is a member of the policy-making senior executive committee. The appointee will manage all accounting, financial, legal and secretarial matters and provide advice and guidance in respect of these areas to the General Manager and the board. The position demands a career minded person who possesses the ability to manage and motivate others. The job is not simply an accounting role and we would expect the appointee to be totally committed to the financial management of all aspects of the company's operations.
