O’seas interest in Dom. Yarns to ICI N.Z.
Fibremakers New Zealand, Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ICI New Zealand, Ltd, has acquired the 50 per cent overseas shareholding in Dominion Yarns and Fabrics, Ltd — in agreement with Lane Walker Rudkin Industries, Ltd. Dominion Yarns and Fabrics, which was established in 1963, is a leading textile yarn processor, with its factory situated at Aranui, Christchurch.
Lane Walker Rudkin, Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of L.W.R. Industries, has been the other 50 per cent shareholder in Dominion Yarns and Fabrics since its incorporation, and this situation continues unchanged.
