Duties will include preparation of soil and water farm plans, drainage farm plans, environmental impact reports, and some economic reports, as well as inspection of sawmilling areas from Karamea to Haast. Minimum qualifications would be B.Agr.Sc. or Dip.V.F.M. and although experience in soil conservation would be an advantage, this is not essential.
