Not saying anything

(N.Z. Press Association) INVERCARGILL, Jan. 9. The Bluff fishing boat, Atlantis, seems determined that its activities at the Auckland Islands should remain a mystery. In a radio schedule with the Waikawa Fishermen’s Co-operative tonight, the Atlantis skipper, Mr Peter Tait, of Stewart Island, told Mrs Lorraine Harvey that all was well, although the weather was not very good.

Mr Tait would not disclose the Atlantis’ activities, the composition of its crew’, or any other information about why it had gone secretly to the Auckland Islands ahead of the much publicised Acheron expedition.
