Small Volvo
Volvo of Sweden has announced its first small car. the 66GL. The car is a 1300 c.c. modei, and is a result of the firm’s takeover of the Dutch Daf con-: cern: it has the same body and mechanical layout as, the Daf 66, which it will; replace. The Daf belt-drive* automatic transmission has been retained, but the car has more safety features; than the model it will re-1 place. The small Daf 46 <B5O c.c.) model is still being produced, but eventually, the Daf name will dis-; appear. |
