' Worst dressed women ’ listed

> A’.Z P.A.Reuter—Copy rig;.: LOS ANGELES. The Los Angeles fashion designer, Mr Blackwell, has put 18-year-old Caroline Kennedy at the top of his “worst dressed women” list. Miss Kennedy Joined her mother, Mrs Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, who has appeared frequently on the list. Also on his list was Nancy Kissinger, wife of the U.S. Secretary of State, Henry' Kissinger, (“a travelling fashion stew” he said of her) and Princess Anne (“a Royal auto mechanic”). Kennedy was a nice girl but her dresses made her look like a shaggy dog in pants. “Considering she has everything in the world available to her, I’m surprised,” he said. The top ten on his list were: Miss Kennedy; the Australian pop singer. Helen Reddy who headed lhe list last year; Mrs Kissinger: the rock star Bette Midler; the television actress, Sally Struthers; Princess Anne: the country and western music stars, Tammy Wynette and Donna Fargo: the child actress, Tatum O’Neal (“twelve going on forty”) and the fashion designer, Sonia Rykiel.
