State boxing commissioner, Mary Heslin, said that she thought a lot before deciding to allow the fight, and ordered the women to wear special brassieres to protect against breast tissue damage. “It’s a gimmick. I’ll admit lit,” said the promoter, Vito Tallarita. “But watch us pack ’them in at the Armoury.”
