Charge of robbers
Three youths charged with fobbing a Christchurch man of .$lO on January 1. ap'peared in the Magistrate's Court yesterday. Mr N. L. Bradford. S.M.. 'remanded two of them, aged 18 and 20, in custody to Febiruary 9 for the taking of depositions. No plea was en- : tered. The third youth, aged 16, : (was remanded to the juris-' 'diction of the Children and, Young Persons Court. The youths were arrested in Dunedin and were remanded in custody to Christchurch. They are alleged to have attacked and robbed Mr A. W. Davey, aged 20. of ■ Wellington, as he was driving them home from a New' ’Year’s Eve party at Hornby.
