Hygienic-Lily raises div.

SYDNEY. Hygienic-Lily. Ltd. has raised ns annual dividend rate for the fourth successive year, after breaking the SAustlm profit barrier in the year to November 30. The Sydney-based paper cup and container manufacturer, increased trading profit 15.4 per cent to SI.Im. Sales rose 11 per cent to $ 18.2 m. The profit was after providing 5.33,000 more for tax at ’.OOO. and 5142.000 more for depreciation at -$395,000. A final dividend of 9.5 per cent has been recommended, increasing the annual rate from 16 per cent to 17 per cent. Trans. \el. issue full The recent issue of 20 per rent secured convertible debentures of -Transport 'Nelson) Holdings, Ltd, at 100 c each, has closed substantially oversubscribed. In ice’ rdance with the terms of rhe issue, which provided for shareholders to apply for rhe debentures in excess of their basic entitlement, the directors will now proceed with allotment.
