Baumjgart) will attend the meeting of the Water Resources Council on February 12 which will consider the reviewed environmental protection and enhancement procedures. In a statement, the council that the Mr Baumgart had (accepted an invitation from the council. In another statement, the council said that land owners had the final say over access by sportsmen to irrigation races. It had considered a remit requesting access for sportsmen to the races but had decided that most irrigai tion races were on private land and consequently the (decision was up to the (farmer or agency controlling (the land.
