THE JOB This work con involve any aspect of the furnaces, the ingot and direct chill casting machines and the Properzi rod manufacturing equipment used to alloy ond cast aluminium at the smelter. THE MAN The successful applicant will preferably have a sound technical education in the engineering or metallurgical fields, but more importantly, will be able to demonstrate an ability to apply his knowledge and experience to solving the practical technical problems involved in maintaining an improving production efficiency. He will also be required to assist with the improvement of existing plant and the commissioning of new equipment in the area.
