Moderator elected
The Primate of the Canadian Anglican Church, Archbishop Edward Scott, has been elected Moderator (chairman) of the World Council of Churches’ (W.C.C.) central committee. Dr Scott, aged 56, will now be the second ranking man in the W.C.C. after the General Secretary, Dr Philip Potter, — Nairobi,
