Warren Eddington (South Canterbury). and Michael Johnston (North Canterbury) were appointed captain and vice-captain, respectively, of the Canterbury Brabin Cup cricket team .for the national tournament in Auckland from ;December 27 and January 1. i The appointments were approved at the Canterburyassociation’s management [committee meeting last evenling.
