Inter-council planning talks
The Lyttelton Borough Council will have talks on joint planning policy with the Mount Herbert County Council. The Lyttelton council decided on Monday night to arrange the meeting, at which matters such as sewage treatment and disposal, water-supply, recreation, and conservation in the harbour area will be discussed.
