Responsibilities include preparation of accounts, consumer billing, insurance, superannuation, loan raising, payroll, costing, etc. The Chief Accountant has almost 200 people under his control, and the Board is looking for someone with a successful record of managing and devlopmg staff. The position calls for initiative and drive, to be able to analyse and advise on financial policy, and develop improved accounting methods. Professional Accountancy qualifications are preferable.
