POST-ELECTION RISE LOST ON QUIET N.Z. MARKET
The New Zealand share market weakened again yesterday as interest declined and turnover amongst the investment shares fell. The New Zealand United index fell to wipe-out the remainder of the post-election rise. There were a few big rises on small turnover, but most of the leaders were a cent or two lower, and some second-line stocks had sharper falls.
