France to come to Auckland
France will have a major export promotion in ! Auckland during the New ) Zealand International ■ Trade Fair in 1977. The French display will; fill the newest pavilion at ; the Auckland Show Grounds. ) Announcing the display! recently, the French com-; mercial counsellor (Mr Yves; Rogard) said that France, was now the fourth largest) world exporter, and there; had been a marked increase of interest by French companies in New Zealand industrial and technical developments. The fair would give his country a chance to extend its trading partnership and become more actively involved in New Zealand’s industrial expansion. The fair will open on August 19, 1977, and run until; August 27, and will emphasise trade participation in- ■ stead of public involvement. The public will be admitted on two days, and the rest of; the time will be restricted to 1 trade buyers.
