No buyer for house
A two-bedroom brick bungalow on 30.1 perches at 45 St Andrews Hill Road, St Andrews Hill, was passed in at auction yesterday at $33,500. Negotiations for its sale are proceeding. The Government valuation is $32,000. The auctioneer was Mr D. O. Chapman, for Ford and Hadfield, Ltd. The house contains a basement workshop which could be used as a third bedroom.
