Ltd, as trustee and nominated an Advisory Committee i to decide upon disbursement of the trust income. So far the Committee has in the exercise of its discretion under the Trust Deed concentrated on awards which would aid research and education in the production, processing and marketing of wool, the general develop ment and improvement of the sheep and wool industry and the promotion of this primary industry for the national benefit and advantage. The Committee has now decided to establish scholarships to further the above objects with special reference to the manufacturing aspects ] of the sheep and wool industry. These scholarships are normally to be available to persons between 19 and 27 years of age who are alreadyemployed in the industry and are to assist them to undertake further study or to obtain practical experience at some Institution (academic, commercial or otherwise) ap proved bv the Advisory- Committee.
