WELLINGTON, Oct. 1. The Prime Minister (Mr Rowling) announced today that Mr P. ,N. Holloway had been appointed New Zealand Ambassador to Iraq.
[Mr Rowling also announced that the Government would soon open a [ small embassy in Bagdad, the capital of Iraq. Mr Holloway, who is ambassador to Italy, will continue to live in Rome.
