Nine letters of support and the board’s representations will be sent to the Minister of Health and memIber of Parliament for Lyttelton (Mr McGuigan), to Mr C.A. McLachlan, the Opposition spokesman on transport and the member for Rakaia, and to other M.P.s. They will be asked to give their views on the tolls before the General Election.
