A British envoy, Mr Francis Gallagher has declined to comment on . a Parliamentary report which criticised the Government for spending more than $382,000 on his new Paris residence. A spokesman for Mr Gallagher, who is Britain’s ambassador to the Paris-based Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, said: “The report is being studied.” — Paris.
