SCIENTIST RUAKURA ANIMAL RESEARCH STATION i Vacancy Number 4900 1 A scientist is required in the Biophysics Section of the Ruakura Animal Research Station. ’ Necessary qualifications are a degree in Physics or Engineering. The applicant needs to have a ’ basic knowledge of scientific methods with background experience in electronics and some mechanical engineering ability. Experience in some biophysical field such as biotelemetry would be an added advantage. Duties involve the development of equipment for machine milking and various biophysical studies related to milking. The successful applicant will also be required to undertake a variety of practically-orientated projects in the biophysical field.
