DUTIES: i Koorana Treatment Centre, opened in 1974, - is a day attendance centre for children whose behaviour is such that they do not benefit from e normal school placement. Approximately 20 ' children attend daily whilst others under the supervision of the Centre remain in their own schools. ? Staff includes a Psychologist-Superintendent, social worker, occupational therapist, four teachers and trained child care staff. Council. The Council, which comprises represen--5 tatives of manufacturing and town milk industry ! organisations, determines basic policy. The Execu- : tive Officer will be responsible to the Council for : implementing Council policy on the training and ' development of all levels of personnel throughout : the dairy industry. This includes management, commercial, administrative and office staff as well as supervisors and operators. The Executive Officer will be expected to make recommendations to the Council on training needs.
