I <9 Security offered is an interest in a contributory mortgage where total borrowings against land and buildings do not exceed two-thirds of a registered valuers' valuation. Term - minimum six months. Guarantees - contributors are guaranteed by our group of companies with asset backing which exceeds $4 million. Mortgages 'are guaranteed by The Investors Protection Company Limited, a public company, specialising in guarantees of mortgages for total protection of principal and interest. Interest - the interest rate is a true 15% per annum (i.e. $l5O per annum for every $l,OOO invested) paid quarterly. Charges - there are no charges made to the investor at any time.
