Mrs Phillips in 6th place
Princess Anne, riding Goodwill, took provisional sixth place after the first 26 of the 53 riders had ridden in the dressage section of the European military championships three-day equestrian event.
Entered as Mrs Mark Phillips, she proved a popular entry with more than 5000 people attending, principally to watch her. She made four faults.
