The 20-year-old Christchurch road racer, John Boote (TZ750 Yamaha), competing in the international Laguna Seca event in the United States recently. Boote, who finished runner-up to the leading American, Kenny Roberts, is now planning to make his European debut in the next round of the Formula 750 championship at Assen, the Netherlands, on September 6 and 7.
