Wright) said yesterday. “I realise that there may] '•have been confusion in some quarters about the Maori Roll, but any persons who discover that they are not on the roll they want to be on can change over very easily.” Mr Wright said. He said that it should be i noted that there would be |four Maori seats in this election. however many people (were on the Maori roll. Any change in that number would come about only after the next census in 1976. when everybody would be asked to declare which roll they; wished to be on. The electoral rolls will be; available at post offices, libraries, courthouses and I offices of the Departments of Maori Affairs and Social Welfare until election day. “Everyone who has recently enrolled or re-enrolled should check the roll, so that anv errors made can be corrected before election day.” •said Mr Wright.
