$6m debenture
Fletcher Holdings, Ltd, has continued its policy of offering lower interest rates for longer terms in its latest debenture issue seeking a total of s6m. The company offers 10 J per cent for four years, 10? per cent for five years, 10.) per cent for I seven years, and 10 per cent for 10 and 15 years. The previous issue, which raised s3m, offered 10 per cent for three years, 11 per cent for four years, 10) per cent for five years. 10 per cent for seven years, and 9) per cent for 10 years. The issue seeks an initial s4m, and oversubscriptions of a mrther $2 nt.
