Candidates nominated
Mr Peter Heal, aged 41, ha been nominated as the Values Party candidate fo; the Lyttelton electorate. Mr Heal was born and educated in Christchurch, and gained a diploma in business management from the Christchurch Technical Institute. He is a self-employed businessman, operating throughout the country as a machinery and electrical dealer.
For 20 years he has been active in promoting residents’ association interest? in South Christchurch, with a special interest in local government and town plan ning procedures. Dr Wren Green, an ecolo gist with the Forest Service has been nominated as the Values Party candidate for the Rangiora electorate.
