Off to Vietnam
Miss Pamela Gruber, director of Christian World Service for the New Zealand National Council of Churches, has left for Vietnam to find out how funds for reconstruction are being spent and how refugees are being resettled.
Miss Gruber is with a small group of World Council of Churches representatives concerned with the reconciliation and reconstruction of Indo-China. Miss Gruber, who is an asset to the group because she speaks French, is visiting Hanoi, Saigon, and country areas. She will report her findings to the Rev. A. H. McLeod, general secretary of the National Council of Churches, when she re-
turns to Christchurch in about 10 days.
