Skin prices rise

From today, farmers will receive an extra 10c for all sheepskins. Exporters announced this increase at the week-end.

Prices will now range from 84c for a skin with a wool pull of 0.2 kilograms to 247 c for a skin with a pull of two kilograms. Payments for both woolly and shorn lamb skins are unchanged.
