FOREMEN THE JOB Each foreman on shift will be responsible to a shift supervisor for the efficient operation of one of the two sections of the casting shop. The casting shop, operating continuously, undertakes alloying and easting of aluminium into a variety of products. Subsidiary operations include sawing and heat treatment of some of the products. THE MEN :: Several years supervisory experience is required. :: Experience in heavy industry would be an advantage. • • Experience in the handling and casting of moltep metais would also be an advantage. METAL CO-ORDINATORS THE JOB Meval co-ordinators will be responsible to the shift supervisor for scheduling casting operations on shut and for calculating additions of materials to the molten aluminium to control the composition of the cast metal.. They will maintain related records. THE MEN Previous experience in scheduling or clerical work would be an advantage, but the ability to complete arithmetically calculations is essential. :: Previous experience in industrial situations is desirable. :: Subervisory experience or potential would be preferred.
