No potato legislation
• (From Our Own Keporlt r) WELLINGTON Legislation amending the Potato Growing Industry Act. 1950. will not be introduced into Parliament this year. Answering a written question, the Minister of Agriculture (Mr Moyle) said that discussions with the industry were continuing and useful progress had been made on a number of points. He added: “In view of the. heavy legislative programnw) lit is not intended to introduce the bill this session,” The question was asked by) Mr R. L. G. Talbot (Nat.. South Canterbury).
