THE Board, in pursuance of! the power conferred by the Education Act (1964) and its; Amendments, hereby directs that a public meeting of householders be held in the Greymouth Special School I Group Room at 7.30 p.m. on ‘ Monday, April 28. 1975, for • the election of a school committee of five members, such committee to hold ofiice for two years. For the purpose of this: election the school district of; the Greymouth Special School Group is the Grey mouth Bor- j ough as defined by the Grey mouth Borough Council’s boundaries. Householders residing within this area to-, gether with parents of pupils? attending the school, are clig-! ible to attend, nominate and vote. At every such meeting the Chairman of the meeting shall call on householders, present at the meeting to; nominate householders for, election to serve on the Committee for the two years next ensuing. Every nominee present at the meeting shall forthwith inform the Chairman by word 1 of mouth whether he accepts nomination or not.
