The Marlborough County /Council has a best-seller in ’ its proposed district scheme /publication. Anticipating gen-: ■'eral interest, the council or- . dered 150 copies of the! .scheme, but it has become so| ' contentious that al! copies sold rapidly, at $5 a time. A ’ reprint has been ordered. !’ Since Marlborough Sounds | 1 property owners are distri- j buted throughout New Zea- j /land, particularly in Christi church, Wellington, and Nel-i s'son, the council anticipates a " second reprint might be nei: cessary. Copies of the scheme i have been sent to these cities > for public perusal along with maps showing the zoning. i The maps cannot be > bought, and without them ■ landowners in areas where, the ■ maps have not been deposited ! still do not know whether > their properties are involved i in some of the controversial!
