(N.Z P A Renter—Copyright > PEKING. April 9. Prince Norodom Sihanouk of Cambodia has accused nine countries. including Australia and New Zealand, of being "knowing agents of United States imperialism.” He said these countries, among others, were wrong in thinking they would be able
to reooen embassies in Phnom Penh without recognising the Prince's Royal Government of Khmer National Union before it was installed. Prince Sihanouk named the other seven countries as Britain. Japan. Thailand. Malaysia. Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines.
Cambodians would not allow these countries to open embassies because they would “eventually harbour agents of the sinister C.1.A.” and carry out antiGovernment activities, said Prince Sihanouk.
