Mr McCombs back in Chch
Mr T. H. McCombs, who recently resigned as New Zealand’s High Commissioner in London, returned home to Christchurch yesterday. Mr McCombs, who returned with his wife, reI signed his London post to take up the position of chairman of a new committee being set up as part of the Department of Education’s review of secondary education. The new High Commissioner in London is Mr H. Watt, the former Deputy i High Commissioner.
