BRIGHTON HAS 13-9 WIN

The New Brighton Rugby team has beaten Stratford-on-Avon, 13-9, in the third match of its British tour.
The match was played in wet conditions, and developed largely into a forward struggle. For New Brighton. David Bowick kicked three penalties to give his team a 9-3 lead at half-time, and in the second half the hooker and skipper, Robert Davidson, scored a | try.
New Brighton has now won two and lost one of its .matches on the tour.
