A fire in rubbish caused minor damage yesterday at the vehicle entrance to the National Insurance Company’s building in Latimer Square. Four fire engines were called out about 3 p.m. and soon had the fire under control. Electrical cables and a door leading to an M.E.D. substation were burnt.
