Waitaki in new motel venture
i Waitaki Industries, Ltd, ione of New Zealand’s most ' diversified companies, has added to its hotel-motel business with the registration of Trans World Inns i(N.Z.) Ltd. This is among the latest registrations at the Companies Office, Wellington, and has a capital of $20,000 in $1 shares, of which Waitaki holds 1'7,480 shares. The I other shareholder is Mr R. .1. iEvans, Wellington. The names of the directors were not included in the registration. Trans World Inns is based in Christchurch. Waitaki Industries and Mr !Evans are already associated in a number of accommodation ventures, including the large Town House comjplex in Wellington and I Town House (Dunedin) Ltd, 'which was previously Moray i Motels.
