E LichteAstein and Company. Ltd, faced difficult trading conditions and a reduced demand for wool on the international market, but the company had traded satisfactorily during the six months to December 31. Wool scouring, and trading volumes increased, and forward orders will keep the new scouring plant fully occupied well into the second half of the year, the directors say.
