Mrs M. Dell to give I.W.Y. address in Chch
Mrs Miriam Dell, co-or-dinator in New Zealand for International Women’s Year, has been invited by the Mayoress of Christchurch (Mrs Judith Hay) to address a meeting at the City Council Chambers on March 12. Mrs Hay will preside at the meeting.
Announcing the meeting yesterday, Mrs Hay said that the meeting would be for representatives of Canterbury women’s organisations. “Any organisation wishing to send a representative to the meeting should contact my office by March 5,” Mrs Hay said.
