Patricia Phoenix, the redoubtable Elsie Tanner of “Coronation Street.” will be one of the leading television personalities at this gear’s presentation of the ton TV Awards.
The awards, which will again be by popular vote on both local and overseas shows and personalities, will be presented at a charity concert in Auckland’s Mandalay Ballroom on April 6.
Proceeds from the function will this year go to the Laura Fergusson Trust for Disabled Persons.
