Pref. shares to be converted
Shareholds of M. O’Brien and Company, Ltd, will be asked at an extraordinary general meeting on March 24 to consider the recommendation of a special committee to convert the existing 59,200 fully-paid cumulative preference shares to ordinary shares on the basis of one for one, ranking equally in all respects.
