(N Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Feb. 21. A woman died when struck by an electric unit at Kenepuru on the Porirua suburban line at 11 p.m. yesterday. She was Mrs Gwendolyn Butler, aged 57, of Linden, Wellington. Steak price.— The farmer’s share of the price of a cull cow at present market values would be equal to the price of one steak on a customer’s plate at restaurant, the Federated Farmers dairy section Dominion council meeting in Hamilton was told this week. It was pointed out that the same cow, when exported for processing would net New Zealand $4O in overseas exchange. — (PAJ
