NOTICE OF PROPOSED SPECIAL ORDER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at an Ordinary Meeting of the Ashley County Council, held at Amberley Bowling Club, Amberley, on February 13, 1975. the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order at an Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held at the Amberley Bowling Club. Amberley, at 9.15 a.m. on Thursday. April 3, 1975. RESOLUTION That in puisuance and exercise of the powers vested in It bv the Counties Act, 1956, the Local Authorities Loans Act, 1956. the Rural Housing Act, 1939, and all amendments thereto and all other act* and powers enabling it in that behalf, and by virtue of and in accordance with the conditions of the sanction of the Local Authorities Loans Bord, granted at a meeting of the Board held on December 10, 1974, the Council resolves to borrow from the Housing Corporation of New Zealand the sum of Fifty five thousand Dollars (855,000) by a loan to be known as the Rural Housclng Loan, 1974, No. 2, for the purpose of making advances to farmer* in term* of the Rural Housing Act, 1939, subiect to the following conditions: il. The term for which the said loan or any part I thereof may be borrowed shall not. exceed 30 years; 2. The date of Interest that may be paid In respect of I the said loan or so much i thereof as is for the time being raised and not repaid, shall be four and i three-quarters per cent per | annum payable half-yearly, I the first such payment to be made not later than »ix months after the date of the payment of the first instalment of the loan by the Corporation to the said Council, sueb interest to be computed on the daily debtor balances in the account* of the Corporation; 3.
