The former British Prime j Minister (Mr Edward Heath) left on Tuesday for a short holiday in Spain — on the day the new Opposition Conservative Party leader, Mrs Margaret Thatcher, announced the names of her “shadow Cabinet” team. Mr Heath resigned the party leadership after being beaten by Mrs Thatcher in balloting by Conservative Parliamentarians. Several of his close associates were dropped by Mrs Thatcher from the Shadow Cabinet. Mr Heath declined to serve but intends to stay in Parliament as a backbencher.
