Press Assn—Copyright) PARIS, Feb. 21 [ Fishermen overturned fish trucks and blockaded Atlantic ports yesterday to protest against a financial squeeze that has caught them between rising prices and diminishing incomes. Nearly all maritime traffic was blocked. It was the third day of a spreading strike by shipowners and seamen.
