Colgray's 3:14.8 for 2400 m was by far the fastest time recorded when 13 pacers and three trotters qualified to start at totalisator meetings, at trials held at Addington Raceway yesterday. A three-year-old gekling by Pacific Hanover from Local Chimes, he is owned and trained at Rakaia by Frank Bennett. The second fastest winning time among the pacers was 3:15.8 by Lordson. a member Of Jack Carmichael’s team. He was driven yesterday by Kevin Dueart and is a four-year-old gelding by.
